What shipping options do you offer?
For retail customers, your order will be mailed via USPS.
For wholesale customers, we offer UPS.
Note: UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How much is shipping?
For retail customers, shipping stickers is FREE. Shirts, Metal Products, and occasionally Wall Stickers range in shipping prices.
For wholesale customers, shipping is $8 per order.
Where do your items ship from?
All stickers ship from North Eastern Connecticut.
Where do your items ship to?
Currently we ship only within the United States.
How long should it take until I receive my product?
All stickers ship within 5 days. Sometimes shipping to California takes as little as 5 days.
What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

We do!
Who produces your product?
We do that too!
Can you tell us about your stickers?
Each sticker is made of vinyl print media. It's a durable product that won't easily degrade. Our stickers will survive rain, snow, mud and sun! Because of the material, each sticker lasts for years.
Why haven't I received my order or shipping confirmation email?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation, don't place your order again. You can check your order status to see if your order exists or email us to see if we can locate your order information. Be sure to provide the full name on the order and email address.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We certainly do! Please email us and we can go over all the details.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or be given a Sox Stickers credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you're asking for an exchange, once we receive your returned product, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. If you're asking for a Sox Stickers credit, we will issue you a Coupon/Gift Certificate towards your Sox Stickers user account.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. If the item looks used, the return will be refused and sent back to you. Purchases through our wholesale program are not eligible for online returns.

What is your Refund Policy?
With all refunds that are agreed upon, we can do one of the following if it's within 30 days of your order:
- 1. Refund your credit card for the items that are being returned.
- 2. Exchange the item for a similarly priced item.
- 3. Give you a Coupon or Gift Certificate equalling the returned item's total.
We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. Also you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. If the item looks used, the refund will be refused and sent back to you. Purchases through our wholesale program are not eligible for refunds.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can certainly cancel your order within 24 hours after ordering, however please do it as soon as possible. If you cancel the order before it's shipped, then there is no cost to you. We will refund your total order. If you cancel your order after it is shipped, then you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We will then refund you for the items you've returned. If the item looks used, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

How will I be refunded if I cancel an order?
If you cancel an order, you 'll be reimbursed in the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, you'll be refunded the same amount back to your credit card. If you used a Coupon or Gift Certificate, email us with your order number and we'll reissue the code/Gift Certificate.
How do I know if my return has been processed?
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email. If you believe your return should've been processed, but never received a notification, check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get marked as spam.
How do exchanges work?
We basically have an even exchange policy - one sticker for one sticker. If you purchased stickers during a sale and would like to exchange them after the sale, you will not be charged the post-sale price difference as long as the stickers you're exchanging for is within a few dollars of the original purchase price.
If you'd like to exchange for an item of a higher price, please include your credit card number so we can charge you for the difference. Additionally, you will not be refunded for any price difference if you are exchanging for a lower value sticker. If you would like the price difference, we recommend returning for a refund or Gift Certificate and placing a separate order for the lower priced items.
If you opt for a refund or store credit, it will be in the amount you paid for the items.
Who is Sticker Pants LLC?
Sticker Pants LLC is the company that designs, manufactures and fulfills each order. We are sports fans and want to bring fun products to people just like us. We have great customer service and in the end, we want you to be happy using our designs.
Note: Due to extreme weather conditions regarding intense sun, heat and extreme coldness, some decals may have a longer life span than others. Stickerpants and Sox Stickers are not responsible for damage to decals caused by these extreme conditions.
